Through an innovative continuous foaming process, Neufoam™ ensures seamless sections without any air pockets, guaranteeing impeccable adhesion of our environmentally friendly CFC/HCFC-free polyurethane insulation to the steel skin. This eliminates the risk of delamination and reinforces structural integrity significantly. With a superior strength-to-weight ratio, our doors provide an enhanced thermal barrier, boasting a higher R-Value, and exhibit remarkable resistance to deflection. Additionally, each section is equipped with thermal breaks and two continuous replaceable seals, effectively minimizing air flow for optimal insulation performance.
