Powder Coating

WHAT IS POWDER COATING

What are our clients are saying about us?

USES
Powder Coating is often used to create a really tough, thick finish that is more durable than conventional paint. Powder coating is mostly used for the coating of metal objects, particularly those subject to rough use.
WHAT IS POWDER COATING

It is a type of coating that is applied as a dry powder.  Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied using electrostatic and then hardened under either a heat source or with an ultraviolet light.

LOW VOC’S

Due to the fact that there are no carrier fluid that evaporates away, the coating process emits lower Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).  Which is a better choice for the environment.

NO RUNNING OR SAGGING
With powder coatings, thicker coatings can be applied without running or sagging compared to conventional liquid coatings.
FASTER

Curing time is significantly faster with powder coatings compared to liquid coatings.  Meaning products can be delivered faster.

SMOOTHER AND CONSISTENT COVERAGE

Powder coating has fewer appearance differences than conventional  liquid coatings.
